I'm helping someone with their Frankenstein, the head servo is not working. A new servo and aftermarket controller board have been installed. After trying this with the original plug configuration, I did some reading and determined the wiring is different on newer brand servos. Here is how I have it currently wired, which is not working. Is it possible I could have damaged the servo by wiring the motor and sensor wires up backwards? What is the correct wiring scheme for these colors?

Turns out the aftermarket board I have may very well be dead due to a bad chip. I have the black and red wires swapped and the blue wire connected straight through. Looks like the board will flash the LED regardless of if the servo is working or not. I need to rule that out.

Any chance on a picture of your board and how the servo is connected?
