Frankenstein has developed a problem

Game powers on and works okay, but after around 10secs the DMD becomes garbled.

I've done the mod as per SB106, not sure if that resistor is slightly toasted or not.

Any ideas guys?

Seems to be garbled on a warm boot.

Not read that yet, but i was just looking at the schematics, its should be 6.8k.

I'll have a look later..

Quoted from changingGears:

I had this issue as well. Re-seating would work for a bit, but it took an electronics cleaner to permanently fix the problem.

So what did you do in the end?

Okay so i test the resistor and it was fine, replaced thought what the heck..

Still no joy, looks like im going to have to use the DMD Extender.

No problems so far (fingers crossed)

Threw in an old 17" monitor and mounted it on some 6mm plywood job done
