Did you check the HV fuse with a meter?

It might look OK, but could still be blown.

It's on the power supply, you will need to open the back box, it's the board on the top right. High voltage is F1. ....with the power turned OFF... pull that fuse and check it for continuity.

check for +100vdc, -100vdc, +5vdc leaving the power supply board.
