I'm still searching FB Marketplace, Craigslist, ebay, & here every day for a Super Mario Bros within a days round trip drive from Philly. No luck yet but I did find this good looking table in CA for $3900. I know that's a lot but I'm gonna share it here anyway because it looks nice & to the right person it might be worth it. (I have no idea why my screenshot is washed out)

Saw that one. SMB was my first pin back in ‘96. This is a nice looking one. Brings back nice memories. Will be a great game for someone, although the price seems a bit high. It obviously has a lot going for it.

I'm interested in that one but a bit nervous about the seller

#5 3 years ago

He’s only selling back glass not machine

Thanks, if it had been the whole table that would have been perfect for me.

#8 3 years ago

No way. Way too much $ for that pin.

I’m always looking. If I see one out your way or more in line with what they typically go for, I’ll let you know. I know my buddy who bought mine like 12 years ago says he’ll never sell it, but you never know.

I have one I’d sell for $2500.

I've never had a pinball shipped or know if that's something you'd willing to do but if it's got a nice playfield, I'd be all over that $2500 table. I'd have to find out how to have it hauled.

You can arrange for shipping with the legs on through Michelle Bianchi. Should cost ~$500.

Dan Scott is making his way out to CA in mid June. I would contact him if I were you. +1 (864) 903-1324.

thanks to all of you. looks like I have some calls to make.

That cabinet has been repainted poorly. You can't see the playfield well enough to see if there is wear, broken plastics or broken ramps. Hard pass at this price.

looks like the ebay listing ended

Oddly, this same machine, I think, is also on CL. It appears the price was lowered

Kern County has a pretty small pinball community. Contact user acitti if you want to know more about that machine. He is not selling it (another local is), but I know acitti owned the machine and did the paint job. He can give more details on the condition of the machine from a third party perspective.

Yep I sold this game a while back. I did the yellow paint job on the rails and legs (original coating had seen better days). I put a few LEDs in the GI and new owner put in most of the rest. Also looks like he put a few decals on the coin door and art blades. Game plays well, never had any issues with game play.
Cosmetically the cabinet has a few scrapes, has hand wear around the flipper buttons, start button and launch button (flipper button wear is covered by blue decal). Only issue that I know of is the DMD has some intermittent lines that show up on the right side of the display (ghosting or interference lines).

That table looks nice. Forv$3k someone in Cali will pick it up for sure.

You would think so, but this is not San Francisco or LA. This is the great pinball desert that lies between them. He will be lucky to get $2.5k for it.
