Hmmm...
Early solid state days. No EMs present. 4 of the 6 games are multiples. 3 different manufacturers. Half the games are being inspected/serviced/shown off (but no gameplay). I don't see tools lying around, but rather paperwork. No nametags so I assume they are all affiliated.
Looks to me like an operator/service company and a tech or new equipment seminar.
