LOL, Actually, I think this pin was just repurposed into an Elvis Pin. The coin door says "star series 80".

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the original game was/is?

You will never get a set if plastics and a back glass to restore it. And I'd you did, it would owe you more than it is worth

Steve young has NOS plastic sets for it. Just bought one a month or two ago from him. 60$. He might even have the backglass.
