You should keep it and sell me the Whirlwind!

Bump for a good seller!

Playfield is probably scaring most people away, I had one just like it, no one wanted it for $2,000 (This was 5 years ago tho)

If it is anything like mine is does not effect the gameplay just the looks of the game.

$1000 WW what are you crazy? Those were the good ol days for sure. I never should have sold that one, but I did so I could eventaully find a nicer one, still looking. Well you did not say no about selling the WW? Just not for $1000?

How much then?

Quoted from Tlamb:

It is a common thing and I have about $4k into, not looking to lose $1000. Its not a collectors piece but it is a great game.
Happy Monday!

Sorry for your loss Todd, if you spent $4000 you really over paid. It happens. You may eventually find a buyer at that price, but realistically I'd say it's a 3000-3200 game all day long. That just a true value for the condition of the pin. You can not always value them on what you pay for them. Sure the planking does not effect the gameplay one bit, but is does effect looks and value.

Quoted from Gnatty:

If it was not to your liking when you arrived, why did you still purchase it?

Maybe the 3 hour drive made him impulse buy it. He did pay what is was worth now, so he didn't get to bad a deal.
