I'm looking to trade my NIB Hobbit LE for a MET LE or AC/DC LE. I'll consider trading a good example of anything on my wish list as well. I would also consider a cash sale.

The more immediate sales of th I see, the more I am glad I dropped out.

I have 2 coming that's the only reason why I'm trading/selling. I have the LE for sale and a SE coming shortly. TH will be a keeper in my collection.

I played it with the new delta code and it's much better. Just like WOZ the code really developed into something special.

Should keep LE and sell the SE. Both are great versions though.

I was going to sell the Hobbit Premium because I'm buying the Ghostbuster's Premium. My buddy Glenn wanted to take my Hobbit spot, but glad I didn't as Glenn talked me into it and my wife thought it looked good even though she hasn't played it yet. So I'm getting both, but was thinking about getting a used Premium GB down the line....just don't know on the GB new, but used I'll probably save a few bucks. Either way we're getting both pins

What do you like about the LE better than the SE? Just curious. Their basically the same other than the artwork, trim package and dragon head.

I like the artwork, trim package and dragon head a little better on the LE.

I like the rarity better on the SE and that it looks significantly different than the Standard.

I like the rarity better on the SE.

Artwork - SE (Dragon > Hobbits)

Trim - SE (the Gold has more wow factor)

Dragon Head - LE (the red shows up better)

But yea, it comes down to personal preference.

I think both versions look great but I prefer the LE for a few reasons.

1. Unique cabinet artwork on both sides
2. Cabinet artwork features all of the characters. The Hobbit is about a bunch of different characters, not just Smaug
3. The same artwork on both sides of the SE is already right in the center of the playfield. Smaug on the playfield, side art and the Smaug toy seems like Smaug overload, lol.
4. The bronze hammered powder coat looks really slick on the LE due to the cabinet artwork. The green tones on the left side artwork and on the front of the cabinet blend very well with the powder coat.
5. Gold Smaug: Looks cool but Smaug is only covered in gold for 10 seconds in second movie.

I would be happy with either version, I think the SE still looks bad ass (stuff above is just preferences).

Those are all the reasons I went with my LE! Check your PM's Mr. Freak

Comments removed ... too tangential for a sale ad.

Very close call for me - we put it to a family vote and SE won. I am happy with either. Not to mention, for the most part the game itself looks the same from the drivers seat.

My apologies for my opinionated comment in your fs thread. Not the place for it.

I didn't really take that comment personally. Everyone has an opinion and it's all good with me. The wait was painful for most of us but I'm glad I stuck it out. It really is a sweet game.
