I can't imagine this will last long at that price.

I paid a bit more than that this year, playfield was in better shape, and it had been cleaned up, waxed, with a new ramp and LEDs but the cabinet wear was very similar. Mylar bubbles are common but if they aren't affecting play it's not the end of the world if you just want to play.
This is a good price for someone who wants to get the game, shop it and do some basic things like mylar the drop areas to stop further damage.
