So I told my old Boss, don't buy an Addams, you will never play it. He's an EM guy. Well, almost 10 months later I was right and he wants it gone. He got it for his wife for xmas 2018 and its had about 50 games since purchase.

Shopped PLUS++with many new parts.

Whats New from the ground up.
New Legs, Levelers and side rails. Lockdown bar is in great shape but does not appear new.
New decals on cabinet.
New Flipper buttons.
New Flipper bats.
Game has been Fully Shopped with New Rubbers.
New tasteful LED's throughout and no color bombs. All White, including playfield and backbox.
New shooter rod and shooter plate.
New Display is crisp and sharp!
New Red Thing box!
New playfield Toys including Uncle Lester, Thing hand over ramp, Lite Bear rug on ramp, Bookcase light cover.
New Balls.
Many, Many new plastics, in fact, all look new except the swamp to me.
Game comes with Manual and Schematics books.
No errors or problems, game plays flawlessly in perfect working order.
The boards in backbox look great and no burnt connectors.
Cloud Dome and translite are also in great shape.
Playfield has a few minor flaws at inserts and I see a touch of small planking near fester.
The smoke ramp is in great shape with no cracks or breaks.
I would give the cabinet an 8 plus, few small nicks around head, but game looks touched up with the new decals.
Playfield is 7.5 ++, but nothing effects game play and unless glass is off and you are down real close looking, hard to see flaws.
Gold Roms L-3 installed.

This is not my machine. Its my former boss whom I've known for 30 years. Good 'ol guy with a bear of an attitude, but just as cuddly in person.
He reached out some months back for my help, and Just in time for Halloween I have some time to help out. He is not a pinball guy. I told him, don't buy this, I don't have time to fix it if it breaks constantly. The good news it hasn't broke at all and plays great. Spent an hour on it yesterday and its a Very Nice Addams.
Looking at Market and what he paid this is not a profit sale. The price is Firm he said, I saw receipt, looked at game, played it. I concur, with whats been done this game is a good value bang for your Buck. If you want a plug and play machine that needs nothing, this is it.

He also has a very Nice Star Pool that plays perfectly w/repainted cabinet. $1000
