For sale:HEP Star Trek: The Next Generation

Added: November 13th, 2018 Ended: November 13th, 2018
Condition: Used - shows wear, needs some work

Item description

Selling a STTNG base game and restoration package.
Only interested in selling it to a person interested in having it restored here.

Package includes the following
Nice base game
New playfield
New ramp set
New plastic set

It is a game I absorbed into inventory a while ago and I am just now looking to find a home for it. Price for the package is $5000 plus the restoration but that is secondary right now and it is here in house. That is a pretty nice deal considering the cost of items individually if you are interested in having me build a current and spectacular version of the game.

Already have several inquiries asking the same thing
How much for the restoration?

I have no clue beyond my standard labor charge
Why?
Some people want chrome that cost way more than stainless

Some people want a ColorDMD
Some want upgraded speakers or soundboards

Some people can find and want every mod ever made others want none.

There is no way to answer the question accurately

What I can say is the game and parts are $5000 and they are here
Compared to buying a base game
$4250
Playfield
$1000
Plastic set
$185
Ramp set
$325
Shipping it here
$450

It seems like a good deal to me as a package if you are comfortable and interested in the process.

I want to amend this to state if you are a current or past HEP customer the price for the package is $4250

The inquiries to date have been enough to make me quickly realize I like dealing with people that understand the HEP process.

Sounds like a pretty good deal. What does the restore cost after the game is bought.

I have said this before but I’ll say it again. Your work is beautiful. It’s an art form in itself. I wish I could send you my TZ

Great price for a STTNG. And being able to have HEP finish it, doesn’t get any better.

Once he’s finished, you’ll have an incredible pin. He’s a great guy to work with!

My grail, I'm going through some medical crap again so tough sh!t for me, one of these years a HEP STTNG will be mine!

#8 1 year ago

Wow, this would be a dream come true.

Doing some quick math (and lots of assumptions) I'd say the restoration adds another $4k-$5k on top.

Well worth it! Have any HEP STTNGs been up for sale lately? Ever? Haha

This is a crazy good deal, especially if you qualify for his discounted price of $4250. Cannot believe someone hasn't jumped on getting this restored.

This is a game that needs a HEP restore for future maintenance. Not sure if you have owened a sttng before but this game is prone to breaking down and hours of troubleshooting. Who ever buys this should have a great working game for many many years.
Congrats to whoever will be the future new owner.

Thanks.
STTNG is a beast. The last one I did was a wreck. This one is so much nicer.
Here was the train wreck.

Kinda glad I'm not a STTNG fan, otherwise this would be impossible to resist. Wallet spared!

I want to get this, and then film a 40 hour documentary on the restoration, set to soothing music. Netflix would buy it!

Game has a new owner.
Will definitely find its way into the HEP this week thread eventually.
