Very nice Xenon with a new playfield, plastics, bumpers, glass tube, apron, shooter rod, etc. It is full LEDs with an Alltek light board. Plays fast and smooth. Both of the back glass looks very nice with no visible defects. The original cabinet looks good, with only a few minor scratches. It has been upgraded to to Pyle speakers. The battery holder has been removed from the board. I need to clear out a space so unfortunately I need to sell. Shipping is possible but I would prefer potential buyers see it.

Beautiful Xenon but I need to ask what are those games in the background. I never seen anything like them. GLWS bump

#3 6 years ago

Yes I would also like to know more about the mini hanging games!

#4 6 years ago

I designed and built those hanging games myself. Whoever buys the Xenon is welcome to play them.

#5 6 years ago

If you were within a few hours drive I would definitely be interested in Xenon and playing mini-cade friends! Nice work!

That is such an amazing idea. Fantastic job.

Are those running on real hardware? Flat screen or CRT monitors?

#8 6 years ago

Gorgeous...

If only....

Quoted from dmbjunky:

I've made 7 of them. Only a few are visible i the pic. They all use a flat screen monitor as a CRT would make them too thick. Most of them are powered by a Raspberry Pi and are emulated using MAME, but one (Fix it Felix Jr.) is powered by a Windows PC. I tried to make the marque, bezel, CPO, controls, and cabinet shape as similar to the original as possible. Maybe I should be selling those instead of the Xenon?

#10 6 years ago

You could def sell them

I'd take 4 of them. Frenzy, Stargate, Robotron, Pac Man

#12 6 years ago

60 in 1? I would be all over it.....

Maybe if I post this on a video game forum, I will find some folks interested in buying the pin.

Your xenon is very nice but I have seen nice xenon sit in low teens...You need the right buyer. Game is beautiful....Now back to your wall mounted vids...Would love a berzerk

The only Xenon I have seen in the low teens will have banana peels, fish bones, old tires, that half eaten sandwich from a few months ago and other garbage all around it where you would find it sitting. Tell me who will take a machine apart for you, clearcoat the PF and put everything back together for under $1200. Then there is the light tube the Allteck boards, LED's, hardware etc. I wouldn't be surprised if the OP has over $2000 just in the restoration alone then he still needs the buy a Xenon. The OP's price is right because the cost to get it in that condition is about there. I know because I have one in similar condition and the cost was over that to restore. Now back to those wall mounted vids.......What monitor brand and size was used?

#16 6 years ago

You are right, there is more in this Xenon than I am asking. It is a beautiful game and I really hate to sell it but I need the space and haven't figured out how to make it into a wall mounted version.

The monitors in the vids are mostly old Dell 4:3 LCD computer monitors although I do have one Gateway (in Robotron). They were pretty much ones that were being discarded when everyone was switching to wide screen monitors.

#17 6 years ago

Price is definately fair in my opinion. It will sell at that or real close to it with in a couple of weeks. It's a game that gets bagged on a little for being to simple but man is it addictive. When you have a new playfield and everything firing at full power it plays fast and hard as hell.

#18 6 years ago

My bad maybe it was mid to high teens. But this game is worth every bit of asking price. I would be tempted if closer

I see you have the game on skates, here's a tip to keep them ON the skates. Weld a 3/4 inch tall steel tube on to the center of the skate, the tube being just wide enough for the leg adjuster foot to sit inside it like this. Your game will never slide off them then. I've been using them for years and not even a hint of a slip.

Agreed, price seems very reasonable.

#22 6 years ago

I've played this game personally. Very well done restoration, worth every penny.

Time to look for a project VARKON!

Your game looks very nice... what type of clearcoat is it?

Actually, I like the wooden flooring in the room as well... What is it?

I actually don't know. It was installed by a previous owner. It is one of the new reproduction play fields and as a hologram sticker in an out of the way area that supposedly verifies its authenticity or maybe that the licensing fee was paid. In any case, I agree it looks great and much better than any original play field I'm seen in this game.

It is a laminate floor. It looks like wood, but isn't.

I had a blast playing Varkon at ReplayFX. Trades for Varkon with definitely be considered.

Awesome Xenon... Waiting in mine from a serious collector... Awesome game room and awesome custom games on the wall... great idea, even though MAME and LCD should be blown into the stratosphere.. still love it... i cant believe you would sell this game in a nice room like that.. its a classic, my holy grail, and an amazing piece of art and history... suzanne ciani is an incredible artist.. anyway, you got a follow

#28 6 years ago

actually, you could just move the Xenon to the living room or something...

#29 6 years ago

OMG

First, those games in the wall are just awesome Man, you have me thinking.

Next, that has to be the nicest Xenon I've seen. Free bump. That game is a beauty.

#30 6 years ago

I had the xenon It is one of the nicest one I have seen. They have been a lot more than he is asking put in the pinball machine to restore it. If you are wanting a very nice fast playing Xenon this is it. Wish I had it back. Thanks Hillbilly pinball

#31 6 years ago

I also have a very nice CV and was debating over if I should sell this Xenon or the CV to clear out a space. Ultimately, I decided that the Xenon doesn't fit into my collection as well, but it is a beautiful looking and playing game.

#32 6 years ago

Xenon is tentatively sold pending approval of the wife of the buyer.

#33 6 years ago

Thank god! Now I can stop thinking about buying it! Gratz to you on sale (and new owner on acquisition)!

#34 6 years ago

Actually, this buyer has pretty much pulled out so it is time to start thinking about it again.

Honey, I'm really excited about this game! It has a chick's ass on the backglass, and she has an orgasm every time you put in a coin. Can I get it?!

j/k Free bump! GLWS!

#36 6 years ago

Noooooooo! Any chance of a drop in price (not that it doesn't seem to be worth the $$$, just that it would make it easier to rationalize buying)?

#37 6 years ago
Quoted from twenty84:

WHY did I know this would be available again after I read this-bump!

Quoted from CubeSnake:

Anytime someone mentions "approval of the wife" a seller should never state that a machine is pending sale or anything else other than "machine is for sale"! Buyers that need to get the wife's approval always leads to and excuse as to why they can't buy it!
