Game - for sale

For sale: World Poker Tour

Added: 2018-02-15 15:15:06 UTC • Ended: February 24th, 2018
Condition: Used - shows wear but 100% working and clean

Price

$ 2,500 (Firm)

Price is firm

For sale is a Stern World Poker Tour. Playfield is solid and cabinet has some minor nicks in it (decent overall). Full LEDs for inserts and GI. Drop targets are nice and strong. Price is $2500 firm.

I am located in Fairfax, VA. Buyer needs to transport (I can help get it out and loaded). Might be open to cash + trade options for cheaper games, like System11, Gottlieb System 80B, early Data East, bottom of the barrel DMD games, or good early solid states.

Some minor issues of note:
- Playfield has to be reseated a couple of times to get it to sit straight.
- One pop lamp is out.
- Some of the drop target lamp sockets are iffy and need to be fooled with to light.
- Ace in the Hole seems to not want to act right until the game has warmed up for a short while.

I traded for this game about a month ago. The original plan was to replace several things on the game (ACE optos, upgrade the pop caps, better LEDs, etc), but money's tight and I'm having health problems at the moment. Game needs to go as-is.

If you need under playfield photos, just message me.

Here's a full gameplay/tutorial video of it I recorded a couple of weeks ago:

Contemplating opening this up to trade deals on a cheaper game just to get this in the right direction and a little cash in my pocket. Interested in some System11 games, notably Taxi. Might entertain a Gottlieb System80B game of some kind or an early solid state as well.

Also, I have a Sharkey's Shootout as well. Might be able to make a combo deal on the two together depending.

Quoted from davjoszie:

Hey man GLWS. I had the same problem with my WPT after the playfield had been lifted and I was trying to slide it back in. Drove me crazy. Turns out it was just a loose screw on the right side of the playfield guide rail- it was sagging just enough to throw it out of whack. Maybe check it out

Thanks! I'll do that.
