I’m sorry , I thought I had gotten responses out to everyone. While I have not received any cash, and the game is still downstairs, I‘ve been attempting to get folks in to see it, and hopefully get a deal done based on the order they contacted me.
The first guy amazingly, or maybe not depending on your opinion, didn’t show up so I’ve moved on to the second guy who I am expecting to show up in the next ~5 minutes or so. If he falls through, or is not interested, I’ll move on to the next guy.
I can say #4 on the list seems really motivated if it goes that far.
Congrats to Op and buyer. Underpriced, imho, and still lives in my lineup...gets played alot. Great game!!!

I wasn't referring to djreddog's trustworthiness making it any more convenient to meet at 3am. 
I was referring to the leave it outside comment.
