Very nice shape. No issues whatsoever in gameplay. I have had it for over 4 years.

Ramps are in great shape. Small cracks at the entrances, one hairline crack at the bend at the top of the left ramp covered in mylar (new full set of Starship fantasy ramps come with the game)

Plastics are all good except for the one under the left ramp (a new plastic comes with the game uninstalled)

Saucers/scoop in great shape. Goalie is original and in great shape

Soccer ball in great shape (comes with a another new one too)

LEDs everywhere (comet 2SMD warm white frosted bulbs with some purple passion lights for the WORLD CUP letters). LED evo pop bumper lights.

Pinstadium lights included. They are early revision so just the standard ones with the GI hookup an UVglow flasher. I only use them as a flashlight on the game basically, always on.

Flippers freshly rebuilt, DMD replaced with a new one last year.

The clear dmd window seems to have been cut out in the past. I guess it was scratched up.

Cabinet in great shape. Small area on the back of the head with some bumps in the wood. No structural damage at all though. Cabinet and game is very clean.

Boards are all clean and have no burnt or hacked connectors. Lithium batteries have been in it for the whole time I have owned it.

Translite is a little dirty but lights up nice.
