I'd have to look it up, but it was one of the very last games built.

Great deal on great game, GLWS Chris!

hello Chris, I've gotten some board work done through you in the past. any chance you'll be coming to Allentown in Pennsylvania for pinfest?

#11 8 years ago

Thanks for entrusting your boards to me in the past!
I can't make it this year. I'm running in a 5K mud/obstacle course run with my daughters. Well...they'll run...I'll be jogging/walking...

I wish I had the cash for that beauty,I've seen it in person.
I couldn't get Chris to load the balls in for a quick game.
Glwts Chris!

Someone had asked about the lamp boards. Better pics later but they are the 7.5V boards that JJP was using at the end of production after the 5V boards were found to be faulty.

I didn't have time to do anything but stick my phone into the game.

how 'bout a funhouse and a fishtales

#17 8 years ago

It does beg the question: why sell a NIB machine? If it is a personal issue then no reply expected.

Full disclosure on this: the op is working on three power boards of mine.

No worries. It's nothing personal. I don't need the cash.

Why am I selling? I was one of the first to purchase and one of the very last to be delivered. It took 3 long years to arrive after several intermediate false promise dates. Over the three years, I simply lost the fire for the game. I like the theme, it's a spectacularly beautiful game...but I've lost the fire.

It's tough to explain, and it's an odd feeling. It arrived, and I didn't want to play it before putting on the protectors. I never got around to putting them on and so I haven't played it. Never installed the balls. I get to play one that a friend has on location, and I enjoy that.

So that's the story. Nothing wrong with it. As mentioned above, it's perfect and has the latest 7.5V lamp boards.

Regards,
Chris

I think I can understand that. I was on the Predator debacle and waited nearly 3 years for nothing.
At least you got a game!

OP is a Cardinals fan, so proceed with caution.

Just kidding OP. You guys are tearing it up this year.

I know exactly how you feel. I waited three years for delivery. Once it arrived, I had so many issues with my WOZ that when I finally got it to work, the thrill was gone. My daughter loves to play WOZ and that keeps it it the house

On the one had, we didn't want to wait until the end of production for our games. On the other hand, waiting until the end of production gave JJP time to work out the bugs that were found in the early production games, like the first rev of the lamp boards.

I wish I had kept track of all the promised delivery dates, when we all got excited about delivery, that failed to happen. It was a roller coaster of dashed hopes.
