Ah what the hell everything else is priced high.

#4 2 years ago

But that machine is not worth 10k, not even close. This is not LA.

#5 2 years ago

Dude.

HUH!? This is a "my wife made me sell it so I am pricing it this high so I can say I tried" price.

#7 2 years ago

Looks nice. Good Luck.

#8 2 years ago

What do they say? You'll never get out of it what you put into it?

#9 2 years ago

Walk away for a week and look what happens...

#10 2 years ago

31 unsold....

$1000 drop?
Woo!

#12 2 years ago

That WH2O is beautiful, but not worth $9500 IMHO.

This ones a show stopper.....

He does say OBO. I offer $6K, not including shipping. For serious, real deal, cash, hit me up.

This is a really good offer.

#19 2 years ago

Gotta say, that is a nice white water. The price is what it is and most would not consider paying that range unless we were talking HEP or maybe one or two other guys, but that chrome job is superb (at least looks to be by the photos). The clear on the playfield looks great to.

#20 2 years ago

Everything on it is really nice except the backbox. Why not do it all?

#21 2 years ago

I bet the reason this is priced so high is because the game is made of gold.

#22 2 years ago

Not sure if more people are clearing space or just committed to pricier new games, but a increasing amount of pinflation has hit Pinside listings of late.
It's starting to look a lot more like eBay round here.

Good looking resto of WH20, at least seller is listing this one OBO.

He's looking to buy a DI or SW with a straight swap on his WH2O!

That's the first thing I noticed as well.

Some of the extra cost is probably in the chromed parts.

#29 2 years ago

Since Pinside implemented fees, this dude has listed 30-some odd ads, including many very expensive games, and has reported exactly zero items sold.

so either he's not succeeding at selling a single thing here, or he's being dishonest about the lack of sales to avoid giving Pinside their cut.

either way, he is not contributing anything of value to this community.

I beg to differ. He is contributing plenty of laughs to pinside.

Blame yourselves, pinheads. When you gladly pay nearly that for the garbage that Stern peddles, behold the $9500 WH20.

#33 2 years ago

I think it looks awesome. It's at least 9000 for something restored and chromed like this.

Am I the only one that thinks the 9500 price is close to market for this kind of machine?

A beater is 4500 then you need decals, play field, plastics, ramps, color dmd and chrome. Your at 7500 without the labor.

#34 2 years ago

somebody please donate this guy their meds!

#35 2 years ago

Front cabinet drill holes ,right bottom backbox chunk missing, needs a total cabinet restoration for this kind of money.

#36 2 years ago

I hope it sells for this price. That should get WH2O moved up pretty high on the remake list.

Why wait for a remake? Just buy this one

The remake will be way cheaper.

Yeah right. You got a bridge you want to sell me too?

#40 2 years ago

You guys got it all wrong. This ad is clearly for 2 Whitewaters. It's clear from the pictures that there are two side by side.

#42 2 years ago

On eday australia wh2o 15.5k and gumtree IJ 15k just waiting for yheir mug to come along and rip off dealers are popping up with euro container pins trying to pass them off as HUO there's one born every day

#43 2 years ago

In my opinion things still need to be done to it for that asking price. IE: Replace that Shooter lane cover, apron, flame polish the ball trails out of those ramps. Zoom in and there looks to be flipper button wear on both sides especially the right. Sand those ball trails out of the ball guides. Also needs pics of the boards, inside and underside of the lower cabinet, back of the head and lower cabinet, and playfield underside. Already mentioned earlier, those lockbar holes need filled correctly along with new front art.

To much legal weed in Ca right now.

More like he's all out and needs to get down to the dispensary, pronto.

At 9500, why the HELL would location stop you? If you really wanted it and thought 9500 was a good price, I somehow doubt 250 for shipping would be some sort of roadblock for you.

Explain the relevance of wishing he was closer beyond helping a friend try to make a sale?

I think in this case, it's a joke. The only time I've used that line is hoping the guys so desperate to get rid of it, he'll drive it 12 hours to me.
