This game will sell at 6,000 i have no doubts.

#102 56 days ago

First 30 minutes of video is latest code, if I didn't already own a Halloween I'd buy an Ultraman at this price in a heartbeat.

#103 56 days ago

jgentry I enjoyed your ad, and wish you good luck with sale.

Also, commisseration - nobody enjoys losing value. I did too this year.

#104 55 days ago

Doesn't look like the bottom on these is gonna be 6k. Pretty much zero interest. Thinking this one might go into storage for about 5 years to be revised at a later date. They tend to creep back up in value eventually even if they are not great games.

Or not!

#106 55 days ago

Can we get a crowdsource together to put this thing in project pinball, or something?

Well this took a turn quickly. I guess we just can't have light hearted sale adds. Everyone's feeling get hurt no matter what....

I am enjoying this thread.

I don't know man.. I have zero interest in Ultraman the theme... AND I dislike Halloween (I have never played UM), but even I am a bit tempted at this price.

Just to add to the fun and be subjected to flying insults...if you deliver to my house in North ga....I'll give you 5k cash. But honestly....its worth what you're asking. But also honestly...I'd totally be up for that deal.

#112 55 days ago

You don't keep up with game prices then. Even the worst releases over the past 7 years have increased steadily after an initial big drop.

I think this is the best choice... or put it out on location, maybe a comic book shop (would draw in people for certain).

#114 55 days ago

Maybe do a temp trade for another game in your area for awhile and when you get it back the market will be more welcoming, would have another update under it's belt more than likely also.

Guess if you really want to sell the game or not.

Why would you do that to sick children?

I bet you a nickel if you put up a separate add in your regional for sale thread that you were looking for a 3 month temporary trade for a Stern Pro someone would bite. You pick up initially, they return. If someone dies, the other guy has a game of equal value. I've done temp trades like this with STTNG, TZ, DP, AIQ, SM, and MET. Never had an issue... but I am working with people with a pinside reputation (for whatever that's worth) or people I know.

#118 55 days ago

If it’s for the game pictured, then yes, I’ll buy your Metallica road case pin for $6,000 to help you out

In all seriousness, sorry to see a newer machine having to take that kind of hit. A couple hundred bucks is one thing, but man.

Never feed into that FOMO, it’s just not worth it.

Someone that wants this machine, help the seller out.

If project pinball actually wants it I'm happy to do a better price for it to go to them. Would need to be coordinated with them if anyone has that connection. I'd eat another $1500 for it to go to a good charitable cause.

Project_Pinball

Guys have any interest in Ultraman?

I think we could get enough of us together to donate and cover the cost.

Finally something good might come from this thread.

I’ll donate, not sure how to do it.

I sent a message to PP.

I think we can trust them to process payments from us all if they are willing to do that.

I agree 100%. I’m jealous of the people that got sweet deals on HWN. The only down side for me is my wife doesn’t like it. She thinks it’s too hard.

This made me almost want to drive to Tennessee, but wife would have killed me. Hope the deal goes through.

#139 53 days ago

Friggin a…. Is this sold? I would have paid 6800. These are impossible to find near me. Let me know if deal burps! My grandma loves this game.

I call BS, seeing as there are two other UM CE's for sale under that price right now on the Pinside market.

I picked this up and am super excited. I can’t wait until it gets delivered. It’s going to go right next to Godzilla. I love the weird and quirky games. I even had a thunderturds once lol .

You scored. Regardeless of the circlejerk you see on pinside, the game is great.

Godzilla pro came and went in 3 weeks here. Ultraman isn't going anywhere.

I'm convinced most people don’t like hard games anymore.

Pretty much sums it up.

You need a t-shirt. I Survived Hurricane Ian and All I got was an Ultraman CE.

I find this to be very odd as well. Just take 2 games I own.

1) Monster Bash
Great theme, great toys, great callouts. Easily one of the most heralded games of all time. The only knock on it? Its too easy.

2) Houdini
Great toys, great callouts, innovative, quirky theme. The knock on it? It too hard.

Blah! Enjoy the games and learn to play better. A fun game is a fun game. Sometimes a shallow game is enjoyable for quick plays...but don't tell me a deeper game is just too difficult. Which is it?????

You’ve been on Pinside for almost ten years. Just curious - if you were being serious at all - how old is your grandmother?
