So - here's my no-expense-spared Xenon restoration. My plan was to enter it as a competitor for best in show at the Texas Pinball Festival this year, but TPF was cancelled and I have limited space at my current house. This is by far the most gorgeous pin I've owned, but my small collection must rotate! I have almost $8k in parts not including a ton of labor hours. The cabinet paint was done by the talented Keith Holbrook (who has won several TPF best in shows himself) using Pinball Pimp stencils. The playfield is a CPR Gold - a limited run many years ago where the yellow was toned down - I selected this one specifically because I liked the look of it over the normal yellow. The chrome was mostly done by the late Mike Chestnut (the chrome master!) with a few pieces done by his successor Chris Royalty. The board repairs/refreshes were done by Clive@CoinOp Cauldron. I performed the restoration over a LONG period of time as I didn't want to be in a hurry for anything. The donor game was actually in decent shape, but I replaced everything that can still be bought with NOS parts. Everything outside and topside (and some bottom side) is chrome. I couldn't bring myself to put the price cards in because the trough is chrome too! I know the lit star posts are not purist - but I wanted to brighten up what is normally a dark game and add a wow factor. This game gets more "ooohs" and "aaahs" than anything I've owned. Here is the breakdown of the parts costs (I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff too):
Base Game 1500
Cab Prep/Repaint 1000
Playfield 780
Board Repair/Refresh 300
New MPU/Lamp 350
Chrome 2000
XPIN Displays 300
Plastics 135
Drop Targets 25
Pops (all new) 60
Side Rails 80
Door Skin 90
Apron Remake 120
Legs/bolts/plates 90
Lockdown Bar 65
Shooter Rod&Guide 40
Lamp Sockets 80
Flipper Rebuild 60
Metal Lift 30
Comet Lighting 300
FF Speaker 25
Rubber Kit 40
Tube & Lightbar 150
Reese Rails 80
Playfield glass 60
Posts, Standups, etc 150
7910

I have the little chrome grill that sits below the head, but I need to swap it for a slightly shorter one with Chris, so it's not installed yet. The light strip in the shooter lane pulses blue when you have the first ball locked - a neat effect that I look forward to before multiball.

I'm only looking for trades that include something from my wishlist (+/- cash). I'd really like the trade to include one of GnR LE, EHOH LE or SW Comic Premium if possible. Feel free to shoot me a trade offer of anything not on my list though.

I don't want to ship this game, but will drive a reasonable distance for a swap.

Thanks for the kind words.

I forgot to mention the perfect recreation tech cards were made by @LoveF2K. He does amazing work!

I also wanted to mention that the lit star posts and extra lighting are all Comet matrix. One end of the extension cable is neatly soldered, the other is modular with splitters, so adding/removing/changing the star posts and auxiliary is all plug and play. There is a small ice blue strip at the top of the apron, under the drop target plastics and under the ramp. Behind the drop targets, I used red flex bulbs to light the drops because I didn't want to wash out the plastic behind. The small strip with the flex bulbs was the perfect solution. I wish I had a better camera as the iPhone oversaturates big time.

I will leave the market post up for 2 weeks to see if I can find any of the trade games I'm looking for. If not, it will be sold to the best cash offer.
