All right, so here we have my Metallica Pro, HUO.
This pin was bought by WeirPinball from Trent at Tilt Amusements, and WP owned it until I purchased it from him in Nov 2014. Still has the goodies bag stapled to the left side of the cabinet.
That being said, I purchased the game with the following mods already done to it:
1. Metallic purple powder-coated trim on the side rails, lollipop flipper button covers, and legs.
2. Spinners added
3. Cliffy on Mystery Scoop and wall of shooter lane
4. Creeping Death side playfield art.
5. Custom painted Sparky with attached EL-glo wires on the helmet.
6. Select LEDs along with select flashers
7. Green light in the snake's mouth.
8. Blue light on the captive ball for indication of "Mosh pit" prep.
9. Shaker motor
10. Plastic protectors around the slingshot plastics
11. Under playfield slider support rails
12. Custom "ball lock" coffin decal
Since I acquired the game, I have done the following mods:
1. Snake teeth, snake mouth decal, and red LED eyes. Picture of all three can be seen here in my post: https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/metallica-owners-thread/page/47#post-2278075
2. Laseriffic crosses for the back inlanes
3. Cliffys on the two inlanes where the wireforms end
4. Fuel lights underneath the playfield so the targets aren't always "in the dark"
5. Mirror blades
6. Creeping death decal for the speaker panel
7. Upgraded speakers from PartsExpress: 4" Pyles and a Pyramid 8" midrange speaker for the cabinet and running them through 2 Boss Equalizers.
4" Pyles: http://www.parts-express.com/pyle-plg42-4-coaxial-speaker-pair--267-717
8" Pyramid: http://www.parts-express.com/pyramid-wx85x-8-white-poly-woofer--290-272
Boss Equalizers: http://www.amazon.com/BOSS-Audio-Amplified-Equalizer-Subwoofer/dp/B0002OI39Y
8. Added the plastic for Sparky's feet for less airballs.
9. Fire decal switch covers sold by Mezelmods
10. Sparky Pinball's Micro Display Mod
11. Black superbands on the flippers.
12. Added LEDs anywhere there was an incad light. Kept flashers fairly stock with certain exceptions (mainly the two on Sparky were converted to LED).
So yeah, lots of mods done to this one. Absolutely zero cabinet damage or art damage on the sides of the translite or the cabinet body. Coin door is solid. As all of my other FS threads, pictures and video are below.
So, the price on this one: $5700. There's no OBO on this. That price is firm.
True HUO, all mods completely reversible. Yeah, it's a high price. It is also my "I don't want to really sell but it could be pried from my collection" price.
Photos are below and more are coming. Video is here:
Enjoy!
