I saw this on Facebook this morning and thought, this will be fun if he posts it on Pinside, it delivered.

Quoted from Flipper_McGavin:

That is an original coin door for machines exported to other countries.

That makes sense, White Water is super popular as reimport because the margins are still good. It one of the last good deals because the price is so out of control over here. That being said if this is a reimport the buyer needs to take a serious look inside, most of the imports were operated for decades and those guys did anything to keep them running.

Quoted from Mjonesproperty:

If this machine was routed then it was either very well taken care of or never played. The play field is in great shape and no wear. It had a couple cracked ramps when I got it and I went ahead and put in new ramp switches all around while I was in there too. The wiring is not hacked up and cobbled under the field or in the back box. I myself was very surprised to find this due to the age of the machine alone

I'm sure it was routed. If you got it back into top collector quality shape that is all that will matter. At that level buyers are going to expect the boards, wiring harness and entire underside to be spotless. Once you get into this price point you need that reputation/legacy on your work, without it you can expect to get beat up a little. It does look like a very nice pin.

Quoted from Flipper_McGavin:

I don't know whether or not if HEP restores playfields, but it is probably out of his skillset is why. I, however, can fix the worn holes on playfields. I've done so on my Indy. The AFM hole could be fixed without being time prohibitive.

You seriously trying to stealth brag that you have more skills then HEP?! Takes a bold man talk shit that things are out of HEPs skillset. Man I hope your IJ delivers, going to be fun when you post it.

And the mention of my $17k in an earlier post means you already dug into my history and tried to find a little nugget, didn't like what you saw, and kept quiet.

Dude you are so offside here and killing any potential business or sales. You literally just making a complete ass of yourself trying to take on a living legend that many consider the GOAT of pinball restores. How many restores have you done? Show a little respect.
