I’ve been toying with selling my Totem. I’ve been slowly restoring it over the past few months. Here’s what I’ve done:

Stripped and painted the legs
New leg levers and bolts
New playfield glass
Replaced the power cord
Added the additional fuses to protect the small transformer
Rebuilt power supply (everything was replaced, minus the resistors - although the pots did get replaced)
Rebuilt the sound board (all new caps)
Repaired acid damage on the CPU board (was relatively minor), replaced all affected components, coated the repairs with nail polish and installed coin cell battery
Replaced the caps on the CPU board
Replaced the ROM on the CPU and sound board.
CPU ROM has been converted to a 2716
Ground mods for all boards - including the sound board
Replaced the CPU to driver board connector
Repinned all other connectors on the CPU, driver and power supply boards
Total top side tear down, cleaning, and re-rubbered. Many metal parts were tumbled.
Installed flipper rebuild kits
Install new coil sleeves on all solenoids
Replaced all burnt out bulbs
Replaced a lot of the bulb sockets
Recharged the displays
Re-adhered the displays to the boards
Installed all new drop targets
Installed the “free play” modification

I’m sure I’ve done more to it....

The game is playing great. It functions as it should. Cosmetically it has dings and bruises as would be expected for a game of its age. The previous owner did some play field touch ups and covered them with Mylar. The back glass is very nice with some minor flaking in the whites. The case is decent, again, some expect bumps and bruises consistent with its age.

I honestly don’t want to sell it given the time I have in it, but something has to go. I’m out of space and want to start on the next project.
