Putting my Torpedo Alley up for sale. Not a game you see very often, and this one is in really good shape. I’ve owned it for a bit, cleaned it up and enjoyed the hell out of it. Game was a semi- project when I got it, and here are the upgrades or what I’ve done to the game:
- New blue Rottendog display
- NVRAM added
- Full top-side tear down, playfield cleaned and waxed.
- All switches and mechs gone through and adjusted.
- All top-side metal polished, new screws and hardware.
- Custom Titan rubber kit and Comet cool white LED’s and flashers installed
- NOS plastic set
- New reproduction mountain set from Ramp-O-Matic (3 mountains with new decals)
- New red shooter rod, sleeve
- New drop target, pop bumper and spinner decals
- New custom apron cards
- Legs refurbished, new levelers
- New keyless coin door lock
- New playfield glass
Needs or issues:
- a few slight wear spots and some minor planking on the PF.
- Two stand up targets have small chips. Still function fine.
- Could use a new translite, but the one in it is decent.
- Some of the insert bulbs recently became flaky, a few totally out that need to be addressed.
I have a ton of projects going on at the moment, but may start working on it again to rectify the few remaining issues above.
