Demand for ToM, let alone a HEP one seems to have lowered over the years. Every collector I know who ever wanted it has now owned and probably moved on from it.
Plus CGC is rumored to be doing a remake eventually so some people might be waiting for that. The game still ranks high on wish lists but I'm not seeing a lot of done deals.
If the seller is in a hurry for cash money they gotta drop into the 10-12k range. They seem pretty patient though!
