How Pinside allows this crap is beyond me.
Pinside has no rules on asking prices. People are free to ask whatever amount they want to ask. We provide enough tools/date for anyone to find out if the asking price is reasonable or not.
As far as being a scammer. We investigated the account (it stood out to us as well) and -as far as we can see- it seems legit. Why not contact the seller if you're interested and ask him for more info or photos?
