Quoted from cougtv:Does anyone else worry about the tax man when making 10k plus on a pin holding it for a year or two and confirming price?
He probably knows a good lawyer.
Quoted from Mr68:Yeah, but only one of them fought Godzilla.
Sure, but the other one punched Barney. Twice!
Quoted from xTheBlackKnightx:Perhaps someday, it will be reborn.
It was way ahead of schedule anyway.
I mean how many other 90s themes can you find in today's NIB market.
Perhaps the time will be right, in the year 2035, if man is still alive, if woman can survive.
Quoted from chad:20k good LochNess is
I'd be willing to bet someone that has a Supreme, wouldn't take both Nessie , Lebowski, and added cash in trade.
Of course with that one, we're talking about the true high end collectors where theme really matters.
Quoted from CrazyLevi:Who thinks Odin is really into supreme?
Or it’s one of his patented sarcastic parodies?
If I absolutely had to choose I’d say parody. But I gotta admit he’s got me totally confused on this one!
Well you know I love pinball, and given the rest of the choices we've had as of late. I gotta go with Supreme!
Congrats on the quick sale!
Quoted from fosaisu:The greatest trick o-din ever pulled was convincing Pinside that he wanted a Supreme...
Let's put it this way, I'd rather decorate my place with a nice clean Supreme than some of the ugly machines they are selling now that have nothing to do with anything I care about.
Quoted from TheLaw:TBL from what I hear
A machine that has you take a break so you can watch some video clips.
Quoted from RTS:Well that would really fuck the guy who just dropped $21,000 buying Greg's game.
I don't see how as he obviously had the extra $21,000 or whatever to spend.
Also it wouldn't be the first time a game that was fetching more than it cost new got remade. And that knowledge is well out there.
Pinball should only be considered an investment if it is to be used what it was made for. Making money the old fashioned way. Earning coin drop. Otherwise it's just a luxury item.
