I think the whole Ad is total BS...I highly doubt he/she even has a game to sell....someone should PM the guy...I bet he never answers...
who knows how he got the game...the reality is he was lucky enough to get one, and now he's trying to cash in on his luck....we all know these games sell in the $15-25K (not worth it in my mind) range so clearly he'll never get what he's asking....If I was him I'd play the game for a few months, and then try and sell it for $20K, and not worry about he hassle of maintaining the game.
Dude your wasting time....there is ZERO chance your getting close to that number so just unbox and enjoy the game....if it all works and plays nice u can sell it in a couple months for $20K and still make a profit....
