I'm sensing this might be a scam due to your English being TOO good.
This can't be a scam. The location says "Illinois, IL."
Only a resident of this state would recognize the reference to the refrain from our state song:
"By thy rivers gently flowing, Illinois, Illinois,

So, it checks out.
