I was able to spruce up my recent ten pin acquisition by fixing my pins. If the pin upper white shell is ok then you should be able make or have made the threaded black base to snap fit into the shell.

Being able to screw the metal screw so has variable gap from the playfield magnet in the playfield is the key to the play.
The control knobs were red originally, yes?
