Thanks guys, appreciate the comments.

I've not done a lot of selling and someone just asked if they can pay via Paypal. If they pay the fees is there any downside or risk? They are out of state so shipping would be required.

Risk of a chargeback from the buyer. PayPal is always a risk, to some extent, for the seller if (for whatever reason) the buyer seeks to recover what he paid you.

Friends/Family option....don't believe you have that option for recovery and no fees on either end if using bank account. As long as there is a transaction between trusting parties, it works well IMO.

OP, please review Vid's guide. Vid is exceedingly wise and experienced in matters such as these and his suggestions should generally be followed for maximum safety:

Surprised your not asking for more $

#10 6 years ago

I think this price is fair. It's not a perfect machine. Glws

You can still use credit card with friends/family option..six months later buyer can still file for refund.

Great price and looks really nice. I'm just surprised Allen didn't replace that one backbox decal that looks a little faded. I remember reaching out to TC when I was shopping for my TOTAN and the price I was quoted was too high for me, so I ended up looking elsewhere. Yours is a better bargain and much nicer than the one I ended up getting.

I've bought and sold via paypal, no issues.

About how long ago did Treasure Cove restore this pin?

Thank you for pointing me to this. While it probably isn't likely, I can see how it could go bad. I'll wait for a cash buyer.

It didn't arrive faded....apparently the UV blocking window film doesn't block all UV.

I purchased it from Allen about 10 years ago.

I really had no idea so went by the pinside market suggested price which is the median. I'm fine with that. My loss is your gain as someone used to say

#19 6 years ago

I'd make the road trip for this if you were interested in trading.

#20 6 years ago

Only thing I accept is cash or bank wire transfer.

At this price... It should go fast!
