For sale: Tales of the Arabian Nights HEP Restored

Added: October 5th, 2018 Ended: October 29th, 2018
Condition: Fully restored (full original status)

Item description

Museum Quality HEP restored ToTAN (2016)

Hands down the most beautiful pin I have ever owned. Fully restored to museum quality by my pal Chris Hutchens at HEP up in N.C. Simply gorgeous and plays like a
dream. Looks like the friggin ark of the covenant. A true centerpiece.

Brand new (Gold rated) CPR playfield. Gold (brass) plated everywhere, plated coin door, trim, legs, bolts, apron, plunger, etc.

Color DMD, all LEDs, Flipper Fidelity speakers, additional colored GI lighting kit.
Gold lamp with jewels mod installed. Gorgeous additional lighting added.

All flippers, mechs, and coils were either redone or replaced.
All pieces under cabinet were tumbled and polished.

And yes - it plays flawlessly but is almost too pretty to play (It's only problem).

An entire itemized list from HEP showing everything that was done (and it's cost) is available as well as additional pics for serious buyers upon request.

NOTE: This was newly restored by HEP in 2016. It has had less than 100 plays since I received it back. It is immaculate and it shows.

My asking price is $11,000. Can't quite get there? Make me a respectable offer close to it and who knows? Worst I can do is say no thanks.

If you have sticker shock I understand. Please note that I paid over $11,000 to restore this game which is apart from the $6500 I bought it for in average condition some years back. Not looking to make a profit here. Just need to thin the herd and make sure it goes to a good home. A high end game for a high end collector. This is likely the finest looking machine you will ever see. Thanks for your consideration.

Couldn't pick a better game to get the HEP treatment. ToTAN constantly gets panned for being too easy, but is one of my top 3 favorite and will probably be the last one I ever sell. The sound package is excellent, from the sword slashing sounds on the slings to the female voice overs - and, be honest, it's one of the nicest looking games ever built. So it's not Lord of the Rings deep (thank god) - it's FUN.

GLWS Beautiful example.
