Probably depends what you have and want and who you know. It's been the opposite for me. Got my WW, ST, WCS, Taxi and Shadow all through trades. Few games I don't own anymore as well. If you can find a match its almost easier now with the way prices are going. With everyone waning crazy money for pins it's been less negotiating and back and forth for me to say both our games are worth about the same and just swap em. Probably gained a few bucks and lost a few bucks on trades but it all evens out at the end of the day.

If you have very specific interests in mind and not a large collector base near you, I can totally see it being hard though.
