The playfield and to a lesser extent, the cabinet saw some water damage. I believe the pictures show everything. I think it is repairable, but I already have a real nice Subway and don't need two. The parts are in really nice shape, including the door, lockdown, jeweled posts, bells, score reels, all the interior parts, plastic all seems intact, but I didn't spend a lot of time looking at it. I didn't see the two small dead bumper caps. Backglass is presentable, but not perfect. I think the apron has a little rust on it that didn't show up in the pictures. Five years ago, I would have gladly bought this, but now it needs to go. I don't want to part it out, but it is tempting, since all the parts are so nice, with the exception of the PF.
