I completely overlooked the rest of the ad and thought "rotate the damn photos, dammit!" It occurs to me that sideways photos might be a good method of misdirection. 
All I see is tiny fuzzy photos, exclusively the left side of the machine cabinet, no description of the machine or details, and no price.
Looks like a classic Craigslist ad to me, maybe you will get a local buyer to come by and take a look.
