Game - for sale

For sale: Star Wars Episode I

Added: 2022-09-29 17:15:55 UTC
Condition: OIB - Old in box (older than 3 years, never unboxed)

Wow, just when you think the market is starting to come back down a bit. GLWS though.

#4 5 months ago

Is that how they taped up the boxes back then? Or has the box been open?

#5 5 months ago

You may have picked the wrong one to keep in the box.

Even so, going to be a pretty small potential market - it’s pretty easy to find collector quality editions of both RFM and SW:E1 so you are asking double to essentially open the box. Now if you had an upgrade kit NIB

Didn’t wanna be the one to say it.
There are still A LOT of SWE1’s NIB being held onto.

I'm working on 1 now, the light Saber transformer is leaking green and blue ooze. Think that's the same on this one?

I wouldn't buy it unless I could open the box first and see it work. Then again, I wouldn't even buy a perfect one for $5k.

Never been unboxed! I can only guess it was opened at the factory to add the 5093 of 5100 plate.

Your a [Removed] (perhaps from Nevada?)who was a suckered by the guy in Cali. Put it back on Ebay where you bought it.

"We could almost buy our own ship for that!"

The downvote from
"nevadanutjob" is a badge of honor! Must have been the Ebay seller to op.

I just think it’s tasteless to call the seller a turd in his own thread . I don’t know the history of his game but he’s clearly a newb and if he paid around what he’s asking he’s just learning an expensive lesson - doesnt warrant derision in his own thread but you do you so we all know who you are

I wouldn't buy that one without testing it first. The maybe problem is with the CRT tube, there's some odds that 22 years later the power supply capacitors have dried as it hasn't been turned on.

I would recommend checking them before turning on the game, it can blow the controller.

They didn’t do individual plates for RFM.

Kinda what I was thinking.

This is SW:E1, not RFM. However to the best of my recollection the games were not unboxed at the factory though it’s possible it may have been done at the distributor.

It’s all context . If he bought it for 5 and he’s trying to get 10 he’s a douche . If he bought it for 10 because he didn’t know better and he’s just trying to get out of it - it makes you the douche

lose $7500 as soon as you open the box, sounds like a good deal...........

I received this game when Williams shutdown pinball. I should have gotten rid of this years ago, but it was to close to my heart. Not a douche just sentimental. I should have sold this years ago.
