When I bought this about 10 weeks ago, I paid $4950 plus shipping because ST Pro was in demand.
Yes, I called 3 vendors first. Most were in the $5100-$5300 range or sold out.
Call around to some vendors and tell me if they are cheaper. I am taking a loss at $4950.

Got a current price from a respected vendor this morning.
I will beat their price by $50 and deliver it to your house anywhere from Maine to NY.
$4800 and I am taking a loss.
This machine is new in sealed box.
I know someone who paid $5200 delivered last month because he wanted it right then and did not want to wait for who knows how long. He would still be waiting today to get one for under $5000. This one is $4800 - fair price.
ST pro is a great game and it just seemed so available for so long since it came out. This can make people hold off buying one because "it willl be there for me down the road later on.". As the last run comes up soon and it disapears then people will clamor to find one. We are seeing a mini clamoring now with so few available, but it will be larger when the distrubutors buy up the last 40 of them from Stern and those will all be over $5000 delivered. That time is coming right up.
Something to think about if you are in NY or NE. GLWTS!
Maybe I just don't have a hook-up but I did a quick search and didn't fine any under $5k. Which distributor is selling for less?

I just sent you a PM, but for others, yes, this is a factory sealed box. Never opened etc.
