Except it’s F’ing not. The only meaningful pic you included shows a chewed shooter lane.

Your price is out of whack.

I’ve not once commented on a for sale ad in a negative way as I could care less what price folks put on a game. Can’t resist on this one. Saying this game has been absolutely “babied” is a really poor representation. Don’t see how this game is not a routed example with tens of thousands of plays with that shooter lane. List for what you want but represent your game honestly

I’ve seen and played the game and did some work on it, installing shaker, mirror blades, undercab lights and a few other things. Regardless of the price, it’s in really nice shape. If it had a lot of plays, you’d see more wear at the inlane drops and likely wear at the start button. I can’t recall the shooter lane and the pic is dark, but I think overall it’s in really nice game. He’s open to offers and I know he’s pretty easy to work with.

The return trough is also showing wear in the photos. I’m sure the game is nice. Collector quality would be subjective to the type of collector you are.

Don't mean to beat up on him as many times intentions are good. I know my perception of a "very nice or minty" game has changed a lot as I got further into the hobby. Not into price policing either but one wonderful thing about this site for newer buyers is that it holds folks accountable. I think it's fair to point out a shooter like the one shown below for a $7,500 game (noticed it has been reduced which is good). In my experience, shooter lanes don't get like this without thousands and thousands of plays and from the pics uploaded you cannot see any meaningful detail in the condition of the playfield. Hope it sells to a happy buyer.

do people ever price police in the opposite direction? Like if its underpriced by 2000, Do people post pics and say the seller should raise the price because of the emmaculate shooter lane?

Yes people say great price , way below market and won’t last. Though that is complimenting. Just like the police do not police you for being a law abiding citizen, price police are there for a “crime” happening.

Yes. Happens a lot.

Also it’s one thing to have a high price, but it’s another to then blatantly misrepresent the condition. No one would call that shooter lane “collector quality”.
