Yep, it has the webbed rails. No paint wear at all inside. Only 700 plays, so really can't find the slightest mark inside.

Someone always has to post this in a SM sale thread. People speculate about VEs all the time (LOTR has been a rumor for years), but I have yet to see one announced other than Iron Man years ago. If by some miracle there is one, it will also be a full $1,000 higher than my asking price - maybe more given the steady increase on new releases over the last few years.

My decision to sell is only based on a lack of space at the moment. I have 18 pins/vids and only have room for 11-12 in my game room. I'll also be listing vids on Klov in the coming weeks, so an out of state buyer may be able to bundle for a better deal.

I would kindly ask that we keep this post focused on the game I have listed for sale. I had to choose one to go and decided that LOTR was the one I wanted to keep more. This is one of the top pins of all time in my opinion and would be a great addition to your collection.

Here is the reason why I'm needing to sell this to make room. These are the games I'm currently restoring in the garage. There is a Berzerk and a Nintendo Vs in the back as well... All have arrived in the last 3 months lol.

Find a sturdy, but cheap cabinet with a working game in it - Craigslist is where I would look. Unpopular games can usually be had for $200 or less there. Late 80s and newer games are generally going to have Jamma wiring harnesses. You can pick up an 60-1 board for like $70 on ebay. Unplug the one board, and plug in the other.

It's not quite this simple, but pretty close. Depending on the games you are looking for, you will likely want to go with a vertical monitor game. That would allow you to play Galaga, Donkey Kong, Ms Pac-Man, etc...

The price range really just depends on the quality of the restore done to the cabinet. I personally like restoring them. If you don't want to do the work, then you could likely pick up a clean 60-1 that is already good to go for around $800.
