Working Space shuttle project. This would be a perfect candidate for a hardtop, which is the reason why I bought it but do not have the time. Let me know if you have any questions or would like more pictures.

Whoops, I meant to put a nice "This sucks I don't have money, but great deal" posting on here.....
Accidentally PM'd the OP instead.

Good price, not too far away, but I just don't have any budget for machines right now.
Best of luck as I sit back and sulk because I can't buy this one.

it's 6 hrs for me. A bit closer and I might bite. IMO, the pf is nice enough to leave as-is. I wouldn't sand the entire thing down for a hardtop.

Unless there is more to it that makes it a "project", this is EXACTLY the type of deal for a space shuttle that I've been on the lookout for going on almost 2 years now. People would be pushing old ladies into traffic to get this around my way. Maybe I need to look at moving to MN....seems I keep seeing various good deals coming.from that area.

100% accurate. $1100 seems crazy cheap in this condition. I dropped $2G on mine, hardtopped/LED'd. Cab in much lesser condition than this one. And I'm fine with what I paid. But this one would have a person in for far less than that!

I'll ask again. How. Is. This. Not. Sold. Yet.

I honesty thought that’s what a SS in this condition went for. It’s what I paid for it a little under a year ago on eBay (yep that’s right) and I drove 16 hours round trip to pick it up. Lots of tire kickers on this and no one has made any firm commitments and now I think I’m just going to keep it and stick with the hardtop (pun). It plays as it should, however, There is some hacky wiring and some half ass repairs on the board, which is why I felt more comfortable listing it as a project. This was a lazy sale post, which is probably why nobody has jumped on it. I appreciate all of the nice comments and who knows it might be up again.
