People might be scared off by it being a project. Perhaps if you do a quick video of what IS working and explain what's wrong?

Also, There are only a couple zac games that use those displays. I ended up replacing mine with a led set. I still have the old set, which has a couple good glasses in there if you or the buyer needs them.
It really is a fun game!
