So you have a game without a head, and without a bottom cabinet/legs? 
That's just the playfield. It's not even close to working on it's own and should be considered a "part". You're probably looking at $100-$300.
The head and the cabinet contain 70% of what the game needs to run and are an integral part of the game, rather than just being solely a "stand" or display pieces, that would be kind of silly.
