Game - for sale

For sale: Sharkey's Shootout

Added: 2017-11-28 14:08:04 UTC • Ended: January 15th, 2018
Condition: Used - shows wear but 100% working and clean

Price

$ 2,200

This is my first machine purchase and now it is time to switch it up. Machine plays 100%. Playfield wear is near outhole and behind bumpers. Fun multiball and callouts. Wife and kids are sad that I am selling but I'm sure they'll like the next one too. Easy loading.

Beautiful game. Bryan was telling me about when I traded for his high roller casino last week.

Is there flipper button wear?

That is a sharp looking machine. Pretty fun too. Sort of a modern 8 Ball Deluxe.

Nice touch with the shooter rod handle. GLWS

I can't sell my Sharkey's as of yet. I've had for three years and it grows on you and is just a fun pin to own. The fact that it gets no love on Pinside is proof that Pinside ratings suck! I have done a lot of work restoring this machine and added some nice mods. Flipper Fidelity LED back panel for translite and lighted flipper buttons etc.. When I do sell it, I'll probably ask the same as you for it, and I know it's worth more. But thanks to Pinsides shit rating system, that's all I will get.

Sharkeys is a very fun game!! Had one for awhile and as mentioned, a modern 8 ball deluxe. It's not as easy as you think to get to the Black Widow mode.
My only "complaint " if you will..is the ball falls into the upper scoop a bit too easy and often.
The outlane save posts are a neat feature!

Fun game and glad I owned one for a while.

When I bought mine for 1600 it didn't play very well and was super dirty.
Probably spent another 400 on parts and 40 hours or more shopping/partially restoring it.

I don't know why this game normally only fetches 1800 to 2000. when other games like lost in space sell for 2500.
Think the OP is right on the mark maybe even low by a hundred, for the condition it's in.
fun and easier then your average game, just wish the music was more inspired.

Curious anyone know where to find plastics for this game? used/new
I have one that is really messed up and another that is missing completely.

Great game. I picked one up a couple of months ago and it's been a ton of fun. It's not super deep but it's got good goals and it's just *fun*. Great bang for the buck pin at the moment. GLWTS!

They are out of production now and no one has them, but they were available a year or more ago for $195.00 for the set. Expensive for a plastic set. No worth it for what the machine fetches.

My advice to OP.
You should order new T- molding for the back box. It's easy to change and will improve the look of your machine greatly. Your asking price is high enough to warrant this.
Cheers.

100% agree! This game looks great with the gold t-molding from tmolding.com
