Complete machine, super clean boards game work and plays fine.

Needs complete resto, has playfield wear, and very faded. Great candidate for a high end restoration.

We bought it with a lot of other games and may or may not restore it.

For some additional cash we can do a complete restoration

How bad is the playfield wear? Faded cabinet is ok unles the cabinet is really beat.

guys, it needs a full resto. playfield has lots of wear and cabinet is super faded. solid cabinet with good boards, good wiring harness, and good metals. No pitting or water damage. its the best case scenario for a relatively cheap SS, that needs a shitload of time and new parts. But your end product will be a basically new machine for approx 7K

We will probably just start tearing it down tomorrow for full restore

As I told a few people today, this is not a machine thats going to get a 6 hour shop job, some leds and look good.. assume it needs everything

I agree, if it is that bad and you new a playfield, ramps, plastics, cabinet decals, etc then you could put another $2600 in parts which would put you $7k not to mention the labor!

Gwaxt always ALWAYS prices his pins fairly maybe even a little more on the cheaper side. If he says it's 4400 in it's current condition then it's either worth 4400 or more.

I don't know, when you look at the nice ones in the market place for $6800-$7200, think they are a bit high at $4400.

it really doesn't make that much of a difference to us, we don't mind doing a full restore on it.

The machines in the marketplace are not restored, nice machines but Not restores

machine 4400
playfield 900
Decals 250
rams 300 or so
misc parts/coils/plastics 500
Total Parts approx 6350-6500

restored ss w/new playfield/decals/ramps/leds.. etc should sell north of 8K

Don't forget the old saying, time is money. Some people will want labor costs factored into your analysis. Not to mentioned that even though you think you know how much it will cost, you always end up having to pay more.

I don't mean to argue, just stating my opinion that by the sounds of it, $4,400 is too much, not to mention lack of pictures.

I was interested but did not get a response from the seller. I have done a few restores and was looking for another project. I figured I could buy the game and just buy the parts over time as I wouldn't be working on it for a while. I was thinking I would spread the costs over time and it wouldnt be so bad but I agree the starting point might be high.
