I purchased this in 2012 and it's been stored since then unplayed. It's in excellent condition and plays great. The previous owner converted it to LEDs. I don't know the history beyond that. The only issues I can find are a scratch on the front next to the left leg, and minor wear in the shooter lane.
I unpacked it today and played a few games. It plays fast and there's a lot going on--I can see how this was designed as a kind of modern Twilight Zone.
I've shipped hundreds of games, so I'm kind of a pro at it. I'll ship it to your curb within the lower-48 US states at no additional cost.
