Item description

NIB Standard Edition #740. Added interior graphics. Invoice fully paid and should ship from Spooky soon. If it sells quick enough we can probably change the shipping address, otherwise I will help load it up for local pick up once it arrives.

Selling due to those 3 little words uttered by a woman that have shaken men to their cores since the dawn of time: "Honey, I'm late..."

Congratulations on your sperm count.
Sucks you’re selling the pin, but a wise decision.

#3 2 years ago

I think Morty would be an appropriate name.

#4 2 years ago

Have her set an alarm, and just try to have her manage her time better. Leave 10 minutes early for traffic an that sort of thing.

Shit, spend all the money you can now

I wish. Unfortunately we already know that she will require a c-section, so gotta gear up for those bills and extended time off to help her out. I am trying to convince my dad that he needs a Mandalorian so that there is at least something new in the family. The least he could do for a grandchild, right? Hahaha...

There's nothing unfortunate aboot a C-section!

The added cost is unfortunate. At least this time we have a lessons learned guide this go around.

So, with our first, it was an emergency C-section. Turns out the anesthesiologist on call was not "in-network" and we were too rushed to think about it or ask. We spent 2 years fighting charges of more than 10k just for that piece of the puzzle alone, despite it being an "emergency"...

My wife had 3 c sections: definitely a lot more recovery time- hope everything goes smooth during your wife’s pregnancy and delivery-

-bump for R&M standard-

#15 2 years ago

These standards need a special translight with Jerry sitting in the back of the car.

Good luck with the sale. Very entertaining pin.

#16 2 years ago

I sold off my pin collection after kids arrived… took me about 12 years to get back into the hobby… still miss my Fathom. Good luck with the sale… and the kid .

#17 2 years ago

Kids are awesome! Pins will come and go and you will have more fun/enjoyment with your new child than any pin. Congrats!

#18 2 years ago

Lol well I am selling this pin but per my wife RZ and Who Dunnit are not allowed to move unless something crazy happens. They are "hers". So yeah, only MY R&M, MY Gauntlet arcade, MY NFS Carbons... funny how that works huh?

#19 2 years ago

did you sell it?

No sir, it is still for sale. A few people said they were interested, but nothing hard or definitive other than interest.

A pregnant wife is always right. I let go of 4 pins, a Corvette, and two motorcycles in this debate lol. Kids are worth it though.

I feel like all anesthesiologists are out of network. I had banner insurance, in a banner hospital. But he and his nurse assistant was still out of network. It's what they do so they can get paid more. My wife never dilated, and was 42.5 weeks. They had to do a c section. When the bill came due, insurance said the c section was an "elective procedure" so they didn't want to cover a lot of the costs. Health insurance is such a racket.

I know, its crazy the way they code things to get top dollar.

My wife's stuff was weird the first time. She dilated just enough to get the party started, then the baby got stuck in her pelvis and after FOREVER the doctor was like "so the heart rates for your wife and baby are both pretty high so we need to do an emergency C-section"... I made the mistake of looking past the curtain and it looked like Hannibal Lecter at a butcher shop.

Ok, quick update: I just got an email stating it is done and ready to ship tomorrow. So anyone not local to Texas that is on the fence probably needs to speak up now!

#31 2 years ago

So 740 is shipping tomorrow!
I guess that means only about 10 to go until they are done.

Free bump.

Someone chimed in last night on the R&M owner's thread that 749 was paid for.

I would say yes, but I am honestly not sure they are built in order. I thought they were built in runs based on type and adds. But for sure getting towards the end of the run.

Bump! This is ready to ship at Spooky. They are holding thru the holiday since I am out of town.
