plain and simple, IMHO, you should NOT be allowed to sell your spot to someone else. PERIOD. you either have to take delivery of the game after paying the balance, and then sell the game on your own, or forfeit your deposit and walk away. That is the whole reason for the damn deposit in the first place. If there was a "penalty" for cancelling your order, or changing your mind, or whatever, then this kind of stuff would not continue to happen.
