So this is really a RFM with a SWE1 playfield you can drop in….correct? Not bad. RFM is humorous and fun.

You should have no problem selling this.

Looking in to the logistics to have this shipped. Anyone have ideas on how I can get it to ship with the extra playfield? Anyone happen to do this?

#9 1 year ago

As usual if this was closer it would be in my house already. Wish it could be shipped and arrive safely. Miss my set and as it’s been said, this should already be sold. Awesome deal!!

Wish I had the space for it and a wish my back would forget the last time I moved a Pin2K. It’s no wonder that the back leg plates on these take a beating. Ours was a home use only one and needed replaced and the game had only moved twice with the original owner and nice with me.

Great deal.

Great deal.

The head comes off in a few minutes. If I remember, maybe 4 bolts and a couple wires to unplug. Pretty simple as I've moved a few over the years.

Unfortunately, even with the head off (I took it off when I moved it and again when I changed the leg bolt plates) they still weigh a ton and are an award lift. All the fun of an arcade CRT with the added bulk of the back box. I think it’s something about the size, weight, and the distribution of it. It reminded me of the infamous Sony Wega 16:9 HDTV CRT I had. That thing may have been the worst object I ever moved. When we put it in the house, it didn’t move until the day I got rid of it. The person who purchased it had to move it on their own as part of the deal. He ended up getting two of his friends to help. Supposedly it had the thickest glass on any TV because to make it flat and 34” and 16:9 the normal thickness wouldn’t work with the tube.

Back to this deal… I’ll admit, I did go look in the game room trying to think of a way to make it fit.

Agree! Had a 36" version of that Sony monster... Although mine was the 4:3 tube but was still native 720p in the 16:9 format... insanely heavy.

And yes, the Pin2K backbox is still a beast just on it's own...

What's crazy is someone on another site is trying to get barely 4k for the same and no bites.
I haveboth and SWEP1 is not bad.

#16 1 year ago

Updated to show still for sale. Initial buyer said he jumped the gun and doesn't want to make the drive now. So, available again.

It's not good either.

What's this other site you speak of?
