If I were to do this. I would just put a toggle switch to allow this alternative style of play. Flip the switch and you go from competitive single play to cooperatove dual play.

If I still had my TSPP I would make that trade. That is pretty much where I am at on this. $4500 to me and I would already be there with cash
edit to add I think your price is fine, just noting where I am on it and wish I had a TSPP to trade.
