I am not one that typically comments about "asking price" of a machine but a realistic price for your machine fully working would likely be around $500 and that would be a machine with a decent backglass and decent original cabinet art. In the cosmetic condition your machine is in - unless someone really wants that title - my guess would be $300 to $350 max.
You are correct about them not making very many - less than 700 total according to information I could find on it. But low production number does not make it worth more just harder to find if someone really wants that title.
You have 3 things working against you at this point. First is cosmetic condition of your machine, second is low demand for earlier EM pinball machines these days, and lastly they likely didn't make many because it didn't sell well when they made it so that basically says people didn't like it.
I have owned machines they made less than 400 of that were some of the hardest machines I ever sold. I actually owned 3 of one machine they only made 390 of and had a heck of a time selling any of them. There is a reason pinball companies made less of some titles and typically that reason is the machine wasn't that good and most people didn't want it.
In a free market economy buyers actually set the value of something. Sellers are free to ask what ever they want for an item but that item is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Best of luck with your sale but I just wanted to give you some realistic expectations as far as value. Someone might prove me wrong but if you get a decent serious offer on it I would sell it as fast as possible.
