I can't justify 15k on a 2 yr old pin, but who knows someone may pay it

Why? 50/50 chance price will go up or down. If they don't make more the pin market always values rarity, especially for a highly rated game.

A lot is relative. It's actually just several and about the same # of want ads. No surprise given pricing. Compared to Rick and Morty flipping, very few POTC's are actually showing up for sale.

Couple of similar HUO, well modded machines have sold recently for similar pricing so why tough sell?

I own the game and have been tempted by current pricing, but always decide it's not worth it. The game is fantastic and my guess is that nice examples will become harder and harder to find as they settle into major collectors, i.e. people who buy and rarely sell. $15k is crazy money for a pin but with Stern LE's pushing $10k, Rick and Morty's going for $10k+ and TBL @ $13-16k, POTC LE @ $13-15k seems about right to me.

At first I thought the price seems high but I would never sell my JJPOTC LE for 15k so maybe not.

Hard to tell if price is in line with recent sales since the mods /upgrades aren't listed but the le's that are selling for 14-15 are loaded with mods with some of those being the very nice limited ones that sell for a lot by themselves . Like the very detailed endeavor ship that interacts with the gameplay that was limited to 100 ...I've been offered 600 for my uninstalled one a few months ago. Then the must have moving chest lid and complete cliffy set installed which is a huge + as its a lot of work to do. Many great mods for this game that really enhance it and the reason many people are paying the bigger numbers for fully loaded ones with no playfield issues. Ive contemplated selling mine many times bc of the prices but haven't been able to let it go so I understand where your coming from ...... plus I keep ordering all these dang limited mods so I feel like I need to keep till I get time to install them all lol. Plus I'm really waiting on the new code bc I doubt I'll ever own the game again if I sell it due to the premium price they are bringing.

They are coming out of the woodwork now that owners think they can make 5-7K on a 2 year old game.
